  • Mark Blashford - Starting my first year as an MFA candidate in the University of Connecticut's Puppetry Program, the only program of its kind in the country. I am studying under Bart Roccoberton the same professor who taught Penn State's other alumnus to go to UConn, Rick Lyon. In three years I intend to graduate and work as a professional puppeteer.

  • Christine Laitta - was thrilled to form alongside many PSU alumni this summer at Pittsburgh Civic Light Opera. Christine spent the summer playing roles in Singing in the Rain, Legally Blonde, and Footloose. She also performed her cabaret show this summer at Civic Light Opera Cabaret Theatre. She is co-author of the book "The Dramatically Different Classroom" (Kagan Publishing). She continues to teach at the Creative and Performing Arts School in Pittsburgh.
  • Mary Lou Belli - Returns to the CW Network as director of Hart of Dixie.
  • Josh Hummel - Head Audio - The Phantom of the Opera North America tour.
  • Megan Zugibe - Audio Engineer for the world premiere of Tennessee Williams' last full play, In Masks Outrageous and Austere, directed by David Schweizer and sound design by Dan Moses Schreier. Before that I was the audio engineer at a theatre in NJ, then was the asst. sound designer and board op for NY Times Critic Pick, Samuel and Alasdair: A personal History of the Robot Wars. I then designed a small show in NYC. After In Masks closes, I will be an A1 for The NY Musical Theatre Festival this summer.
