B.A. Program—Welcome!
The B.A. program is designed to provide students with broad and comprehensive study in theatre, practical experience in professional production, and a solid background in the liberal arts. At the core of the School's educational philosophy is the belief that theatre study must be joined with significant background in production without sacrificing a basic liberal arts education. To this end, the B.A. degree program has a combined academic and experiential approach to the dramatic arts with a solid background in sciences, arts, humanities, and the social sciences. B.A. students are urged to take advantage of study abroad opportunities and are encouraged to consider second majors and minors in other fields of interest.
